ICE WORK!

The Beacon, Rendlesham

To encourage the sunnier and warmer weather, we decorated our own ice lollies using tissue paper.

The children discussed what flavours the different colours could be.

They all look so delicious – great job!

GUITAR HERO!

How lucky we are to have Kay’s musical talents within the nursery every day!

The children love listening and joining in with her songs – and our budding musicians also get the opportunity to have a strum on the guitar!.

MASTER BAKERS!

The Appletree, Attleborough

The Appletree have had a wonderful week with lots of making and baking.

We made carrot cake and flapjacks, did some potato printing and even some construction building with wooden blocks and foam. Phew, what a busy week!

Dear Parents/Carers,

We are pleased to tell you that we are opening our own lending library and book swap for you and your child to look through together and choose a story to take home and share.

Here at The Cornerstone Day Nursery, we believe that reading to young children is an important way to help them build language skills.

Please find the lending library located outside of the main nursery entrance. Happy reading!

FAREWELL, HAYLEY!

It was our lovely Hayley's last day with us on Tuesday and we would all like to wish her the very best for her new adventure.

We have all been so lucky to have the pleasure of working with such an amazing lady.
