Nurseries News Round-Up – Week 48

Your weekly round-up of news from around our wonderful Golden Apples Family nurseries is here!

EASTER-RIFIC!

The Beacon, Rendlesham

We hope you have all had a fabulous Easter break. The Beacon team took the children to the park to find the Easter Bunny!

The children were thrilled with their treats – what a lovely day!

CRACKING EASTER!

The Anchor, Huntingdon

Easter fun at the Anchor! After the Easter Bunny dropped off eggs, the whole nursery came together to go on an Easter egg hunt around the site.

The toddlers had so much fun making Rice Krispie nests and amazing Easter cards.

The Pre-Schoolers and Holiday Club children also loved making delicious Rice Krispie nests, too!

GROW FOR IT!

The Appletree, Attleborough

To start our topic on growth, Russets and Bramley Room have planted sunflower seeds themselves and watered their seeds.

We spoke about what a flower needs to grow – we said mud, water, seeds and the sun.

Each day, the children will water their seeds and watch their progress as they turn into sunflowers.

We can’t wait to see our lovely seeds grow!

EGG-CELLENT CREATIONS!

The Cornerstone, Martlesham

The children had a fun-filled Easter half-term being creative – with still-life painting in the Pre-School and dazzling glitter masterpieces in the Barn Owls and Ducklings rooms!
